Neeraj Goel

Neeraj is a top management/HR professional with almost 25 years of experience with renowned organizations in diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals, telecom services, consumer durables/electronics, IT, and healthcare. Neeraj’s last assignment before transitioning into consulting was Director of HR at Max Healthcare. Prior to that, he held the position of Chief People Officer at SRL Ranbaxy Ltd and had earlier served in a business partnering role with Samsung Electronics.

Neeraj joined People Resources in 2013 with the objective of growing it into an international HR and talent solutions company. He has already energized People Resources and has become the guiding force behind its rapid expansion. People Resources has gained recognition for its passionate approach, value-added services, and expertise. Neeraj is deeply committed to equitable growth and environmental protection. He dedicates time to the “Keep India Beautiful” movement and also allocates a certain percentage of his time to career counseling for the underprivileged.
