Smritee Puri

Smritee Puri is the Director and Head of the Customer Service Excellence function at People Resources. She holds master’s degrees in English and Mass Communications and a diploma in Public Relations from Punjab University, Chandigarh. Smritee has had diverse roles in the corporate sector, including editing at The Tribune, followed by leadership roles in the telecom sector with Spice Telecom and Idea Cellular. She is renowned for her commitment and expertise in customer service excellence and marketing. Smritee is deeply dedicated to social causes. After a brief sabbatical to focus on her family, she returned to pursue her passion for environmental conservation. She co-founded Keep India Beautiful, an NGO focused on promoting a clean and green environment.
